【Promotion Period】

• Please exchange during the park's opening hours. The ticket can only be used on the same day and it cannot be used on the next days or in multiple times.
• The opening hour of Chinese New Year's Eve and Chinese New Year is subject to the official website announcement.
• Free admission (visit The Fishing Story and 3D Theatre only):
• Under 3 years old children
• Holders of disability identification (limited to one accompanying person).

【Reservation regulation】

• Please make a reservation by phone in advance before use. Reservation service hotline: (04) 3501-3338.
• If you do not reserve or redeem in advance, the store has the right not to accept the redemption and no refund.

【Redeemable】

• Each group of electronic vouchers can only be exchanged once, and cannot be used with other promotional activities, and cannot be exchanged for cash or change. This voucher shall not be used for products specified on non-electronic vouchers or beyond the redemption period.

• Please follow the instructions of the tour guide. Do not leave the team on your own.
• For the safety, some experience facilities will restrict children, the elderly, pregnant women, heart disease and other patients or the disabled.
• In order to maintain the quality of the guided tour, please do not eat, drink or bring pets (except drinking water and guide dogs) in the center. Please turn off the flashlight in the museum to avoid affecting the rights of others.
• The Fishing Story reserves the right to explain, change and terminate the final event.
• Please be sure to complete the check-in formalities at the ticket counter of the Fishing Story 10 minutes before the start of the visit or event. The museum reserves the right to arrange activities or visits if it fails to register or delay admission.
