Terms of Journey On APP Service

Journey on APP (hereinafter called Journey On) is an APP set up, operated, managed and provided with service by Lion Travel Service Co. (hereinafter called Lion Travel). Please read following notes in detail in order to ensure your rights and interests.

After you registered account as member, you`ve already read, understood and agreed to accept all current and future service, content and the「Terms of Journey On APP Service」(hereinafter called Terms of Service). Journey On can decide to change Terms of Service at all time. If members continue to use the service, it means that members have already read, understood and agreed to accept those changes. If not, please stop using the service immediately. Journey On will stop or terminate the right using the service based on the related regulation at all time without any notification.

Both Journey On and customers agree to keep in touch via e-mail available to present in order to verify in the future.

1、Register Account

1. The member should be aged more than 20 years old. If not, the act in law should be agreed by legal representative. Please ask parents or custodians to read and agree the Terms of Service to register as member of Journey On successfully and use the service under the premise that you`ve already obtained the agreement from legal representative.

2. Register as member through the process filling out information form after verifying via E-mail or another accounts like Facebook, G+. Please fill out accurate and complete personal information and be in person rather than a third person. If there are any changes, please update online immediately to confirm the accuracy. Journey on can stop or terminate the right using the service as member if customers offer any exaggerated, false information, not to follow the instruction, be lack of necessary information or register duplicate account. Customer who refused to provide with complete information are unable to use the service of Journey On.

3. Based on transaction security, member account should be e-mail account through successful verification except another existing account like Facebook, G+. Customers need to set a password on own to distinguish identification as well as guarantee transaction security. Change personal password based on actual demand is valid. Please keep personal account and password properly because any act on Journey On is viewed as member in person. If letting out any information, passwords or payment messages due to personal negligence resulting in being usurped by third person, member should take all responsibilities.

4. Register via the third account

1). The password signed in Journey On via the third account (Facebook/ G+) is managed by the third website, so Journey on is unable to know your password accordingly. Please keep the third account and password properly because any act on Journey On is viewed as member in person. Log out occasionally in order to ensure transaction security. If letting out any information, passwords or payment messages due to personal negligence resulting in being usurped by third person, member should take all responsibilities.

2). Even though customers remove the sign-in setting, the third account and other related information still keep on Journey On. If you disagree with the record, please inform Journey On of deleting it. The delete operation refers to 7th article 5th section in Terms of Service.

5. All account, password and member’s rights and interests on Journey On are for member in person use only without any borrowing, transferring and sharing with the third person. Member should contact Journey On immediately and assist in offering specific evidence while the account and password are usurped affecting security problem. It belongs to corresponding reaction without any responsibilities you should take. Journey On will terminate the account immediately (Include the transaction of the account) but not to take any responsibilities.

6. Journey On is able to change or stop the service and terminate any account without notification. Customers are unable to claim for any compensation.

2、Service Content

1. Lion Travel and selected shops in Taiwan cooperate to offer lots of discounted products and service to sale through E-ticket or voucher. Journey On will update discounted products on a regular basis.

2. Journey On should increase, modify or terminate the related service based on business promotion, sale amount or consumer demand.

4. Journey On will inform customers of related information via e-mail. If there are any changes, please log in to update the information immediately and keep the accuracy, instantaneity and integrity. If customers are unable to receive due to false e-mail address, expired product or other irrelevant reasons, Journey On doesn’t need to take any responsibilities.

5. You’ve already agreed to receive DM, EDM, E-newsletter, product information, activity information and other life information from Journey On.

6. You need to understand and agree that Journey On maintains and operates normally based on reasonable method or technique; nevertheless, Journey On is able to stop, terminate or refuse to offer service without notification under the following circumstance. If there is any damage caused, Journey On won’t take any responsibilities.

(1) While the related software or hardware proceeds on delivering, changing, updating, maintaining or repairing.

(2) Any situation users violated Government Law and Terms of Service.

(3) Stop or terminate the service due to natural disaster or other irresistible reason.

(4) Stop or terminate the service due to irrelevant reasons.

(5) The software and hardware system providing service from suppler and related carrier don’t work due to human negligence.

(6) The incorrect information, forging, tampering, deleting, interrupting and abnormal problems on Journey On due to the accidental reasons out of control

3、Transaction process

1. Complete the transaction step by step except special situation or regulation while purchasing voucher or E-ticket of domestic travel (Both group and independent itinerary.) to enjoy the service.

2. Customers purchasing domestic tour

1). Fill out accurate personal information form including name, birthday, ID number, address, cell phone number, E-mail, credit card account and ensure that the information is true and complete that Lion Travel and Journey On can provide customers with travel service easily.

2). Journey will send QR code or Pin code (hereinafter called E-ticket) using on that day to your e-mail address after completing transaction. Invalid in 3 hours on departure day

3. Purchase voucher

1). Fill out accurate personal information form including name, birthday, ID number, address, cell phone number, E-mail, credit card account and ensure that the information is true and complete that Lion Travel and Journey On can deliver the voucher to you. Customers should take responsibilities on own if unable to deliver or deliver to wrong address.

4. Purchase E-ticket

1). Fill out accurate personal information form including name, birthday, ID number, address, cell phone number, E-mail, credit card account and ensure that the information is true and complete.

2). The service is provided by both Lion Travel and 17 Life cooperatively. Please use it within expiry after receiving E-ticket (Include but not limit to QR code or Pin code) from 17 Life. Invalid if expired.

3). Please ensure security of cell phone, mobile device, other related device and information system while transacting in case the record and information are invaded, obtained, tampered, damaged illegally. If there is any loss or damage occurred like the situation above, customers should take all responsibilities on own. Not to guarantee the accuracy of information during Internet transmission. If there is any mistake, please contact Journey On immediately; otherwise, Journey On would deal with related operation based on the information received on original transaction.

4、Consumer Transaction and Contract

1. If the times of exchanging or returning products are too high or there is any damage caused due to improper behavior, Journey On will stop, terminate or refuse to offer service. The times are calculated by the system.

2. Limit to pay in credit card. Please fill out the accurate credit card information. If there is any false registration, forge or identity theft, Journey On will stop, terminate the member qualification, E-ticket and travel product. Please accept the lawsuit done by public investigators and inspectors if there is any related law violated. Please take responsible for compensation if there is any damage caused.

3. All transaction paid online without signature through the service due to your agreement. Unable to refuse to pay the bill based on the reason that there is lack of signature.

4. All shopping online recorded by computer system automatically. If there is any mistake, please contact Journey On immediately. The electronic transaction information on Journey On as standardization is required while arousing controversy.

5. Allow to exchange, refund and cancel via customer center of Journey On if there is any dissatisfaction with products.

1). The rules of cancellation based on the Template of Standardized Contract for Domestic Tour and Template of Single Standardized Contract for Domestic Tour for tourists purchasing domestic tour.

2). The tourist purchasing voucher

a. Please refund based on article 19 and article 19-2 Consumer Protection Act within 7 days,

send the original copy back Lion Travel and absorb shipping fee on own.

b. Please exchange within 90 days,

send the original copy back Lion Travel and absorb shipping fee on own. Deduct 15% transaction fee and differences between payment and price is required but limit to the voucher

on Journey On.

3). Not allow to exchange E-ticket. Limit to refund for unused E-ticket only. (Include but not limit to be within expiration date or expired ticket.) Please contact customer center of Journey On immediately.

(3) The product charged additional purchase price based on the rules.

6. Refund process is operated by credit card and the payment will return back your account. Make sure that

you follow the instruction exactly to deal with refund process and wait patiently.

5、The restriction using E-ticket or voucher

1. Please keep E-ticket properly. E-ticket is unable to resume the situation being usurped or used and will not be re-issued if lost.

2. The expiration date and use rule of E-ticket and voucher sold on Journey On all listed on explanation pages. Please read related rule and instruction in detail. Approve after completing transaction.

3. Resell E-ticket or voucher illegally based on benefit is prohibited. Journey On is able to stop or terminate your rights and interests using Journey On due to damage for relevant duty caused by your violation against the rules.

4. Please respond to stores if there is any shopping controversy happened while using E-ticket or voucher. Journey On won’t take any responsibilities for compensation.

6、Domestic Tour

1. Please keep E-ticket for domestic tour properly. E-ticket is unable to resume the situation being usurped or used and will not be re-issued if lost.

2. Limit to tourists signed in only. If there is any change without approval, Journey On and Lion Travel won’t take any responsibilities for compensation if there is any accident happened.

7、Personal Data Protection Law

1. The personal information includes member in person and accompanied traveler recorded on Journey On. Keep it properly based on Personal Data Protection Law. Collect, handle and use it based on specific purpose are absolute. Never expose the name, address, e-mail address and other personal information without approval.

2. Handle and use personal information within Taiwan and related tourist attractions properly if tourists purchase travel products on Journey On. Provide supplier (Both local industries about hotel, airline, travel product, itinerary and insurers about Travel Liability Insurance) with personal information (Both member in person and accompanied traveler) properly and tourists with service demanded. Except the content above, the items receiving personal information and specific purpose based on「The category related to specific purpose and personal information on Personal Data Protection Law」include the following category:

o Personal information category : Identified: C001 identify individual、C00 identify finance、C003 identify government information

o Feature category: C011 personal description

o Social situation category: C034 travel or other route in detail、C036 life style

o Business information category: C101 information related to business activity、C102 appointment or contract

o Specific purpose category: 001 life insurance、003 arrival, departure and immigration、069 contract or other matters related to law、077 booking, registration and purchase business、085 foreigner emergency assistance、090 consumer, customer management and service、143 sport and leisure business、148 online shopping and other
